  • Where does our meat come from?

    We have a 1000 hectare beef and lamb farm which supplies quality meat with the remainder sourced from farms around North Canterbury. Harris Meats sources free farmed pork from Patoa Farm in Hawarden, please check their website here.

  • Do we still do private processing?

    We have stopped doing private processing. We still offer service kill and we will arrange with other butcheries for further processing.

  • Do we deliver?

    At this stage we do not delivery. This option could become available in the near future.

  • What are the best before dates?

    All of our products have individual best before dates and should be kept refigerated.

  • We are a local business and would like to order product for our business

  • Do we export?

    No we are not a registered export supplier and only supply the local market.
